SDLG unveiled its L918F compact wheel loader at ICUEE last week, which the company describes as “an ideal yard machine for many utility contractors.”
SDLG says the new wheel loader also “excels at municipal work such as snow removal and moving gravel.”
The L918F features a 1-cubic-yard capacity bucket mounted to a skid steer-style coupler. Other features include a Deutz Tier 4 Final engine with no diesel particulate filter, dry disc brakes and two-speed countershaft transmission.
It has an operating weight of 14,990 pounds and maximum breakout force of 8,540 foot-pounds with a standard boom. It stands 9 feet 7 inches tall and 6 feet 8 inches wide.
