McAllister Equipment, a Chicago, Illinois-based Volvo Construction Equipment dealer, has purchased two VCES branches in Villa Park and Springfield, Illinois. The acquisition brings the number of locations owned by McAllister Equipment to six branches. Current VCES sales negotiations, warranties and sales agreements will be assumed and honored by McAllister Equipment, and complete inventories of products and parts will also be available.
