Volvo CE dealers join to purchase Spreitzer

Two of Volvo Construction Equipment North America’s dealers, Scott Construction Equipment and G.W. Van Keppel, have formed a joint venture company, Scott Van Keppel, to purchase Spreitzer, another Volvo CE dealer.

The newly formed company will operate separately from the original companies as a Volvo CE dealer in Iowa and Nebraska.
