Blount names product support VP

Blount has appointed Richard Planisek vice president of product support for the company’s forestry and industrial equipment division, which manufactures manufactures timber harvesting equipment. Most recently, Planisek was product support sales manager for Ohio CAT. He also held the positions of general service manager, product support manager and training manager. He worked for Holt of Ohio for six years before Ohio CAT acquired it. Planisek also worked at Teledyne Specialty Equipment as fleet service manager and trainer.
