Bobcat launches ‘If I had a Toolcat’ contest

What would you do if you had a Toolcat 5600 utility work machine? By answering that question, you could win the use of a Toolcat and three attachments for one year or a number of other prizes.

Bobcat recently unveiled the “If I had a Toolcat” competition, in which those who enter the most creative 270 answers will receive a variety of prizes. The contest will run until November 1.

“Customers like to talk about how they use their equipment,” said Doug Freitag, Bobcat’s vice-president of sales and marketing for North America. “So we’ve just put a new spin on things. We want to know what they’d do with a Toolcat machine if they had one.”

The grand-prize is one-year use of a Toolcat, and five second-prize winners will receive $1,000 in certificates good for Bobcat equipment or attachments. Twenty-four third-prize winners will receive a Bobcat jacket, and 240 weekly winners — 10 selected each week of the contest — will receive a Bobcat hat.

Freitag suggests entrants use creative descriptions and express what attachments they’d put on their toolcat machine. He also encourages photos of current jobsites. To fill out a contest entry form, click on the link to the right.
