“I am extremely proud to have Tim as our chairman for 2010-2011,” said NRMCA President Robert Garbini in a press release from NRMCA. “Tim, the Beckens and Cemstone have a long history of leadership on the Board of Directors and committees of the association. Tim brings the same creativity and entrepreneurialship to the association that he has in his company. I know he is particularly focused on relations with the state associations and the work that will be coming out of the MIT Concrete Sustainability Hub. I’m indeed looking forward to this year.”
Garbini also praised the election of Watson and Robison to their respective positions on the board. “Both Karl and Dave have long been involved with NRMCA as industry leaders and, like Tim, will provide their valuable expertise to the Association.”
