Qualcomm has announced the distribution of their fleet management suite, GlobalTRACS, through original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and dealers.
Customers that currently have a direct purchasing relationship with Qualcomm for GlobalTRACS products may elect to continue to purchase directly from Qualcomm, or begin to purchase through a Qualcomm channel partner OEM or dealer. By purchasing through a dealer, customers will benefit from the dealer’s extended local support for installations, troubleshooting, repair and replace services.
