Scott Langbein of Batavia, Ohio, has rejoined Topcon Positioning Systems as product marketing manager for optical, scanning and imaging products.
Langbein has worked in the positioning technology business for more than 10 years, most recently with an independent survey software provider managing the integration of software and hardware.
