Textron completes sale of OmniQuip to JLG

Textron announced last week it has completed the sale of its OmniQuip business unit to JLG Industries. The product line, which sold for $100 million, includes the SkyTrak and Lull brand names. Textron has sold two other OmniQuip product lines – Scat Trak skid-steer loaders and Snorket aerial work platforms – during the past two years. Textron purchased OmniQuip in 1999.
