Cedar Valley was among 22 other contractors recognized by ACPA’s Excellence in Concrete Pavement Awards. Above, the company won the gold in the Divided Highways (Rural) division for its work on U.S. Highway 20 in Woodbury and Ida counties, Iowa.The American Concrete Paving Association has presented its 30th annual Excellence in Concrete Pavements Awards for quality concrete pavements constructed in the United States and Canada.
The awards recognize contractors, engineers and project owners who completed outstanding projects. Winners were determined by 41 industry professionals who served as judges.
