Dell Technologies says its two new rugged laptops, the Pro Rugged 13 Extreme and Pro Rugged 14, are built for performance and durability in harsh environments.
Both models come equipped with Intel CoreTM Ultra Series 3 processors, AI-ready features, built-in quantum-resistant security, bright displays and optional private 5G, 5 Wi-Fi 76 and GPS.
They are MIL-STD-810H certified for performance in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 145°F. The touchscreen display works with gloves and in wet conditions. Hot-swappable batteries allow for uninterrupted use during long shifts.
With a camera up to 5MP RGB+IR available on both laptops, workers can capture high-quality images and video in any environment, the company says. The Rugged Control Center provides easy access to GPS module configuration, custom hardware shortcuts, device customization and other device settings, allowing field workers to tailor the laptop to their jobsite needs.
