The universal, patent-pending Cushotrac Clamp-On ®, is a revolutionary new track pad designed specifically for customers who don”t want the hassle and long lead times associated with custom, made-to-order pads.
The Clamp-On ® requires no special fitting and is engineered to tighten directly to the steel double or triple bar grouser shoe on equipment such as crawler cranes, excavators, trenchers, directional or vertical drills, and other steel-tracked construction equipment. In addition, the versatile Clamp-On ® pad is interchangeable between equipment with like grouser shoes and is easily removed when surface protection is not necessary.
The secret is in the design. Using two floating clamps, the Cushotrac Clamp-On ® installs quickly and easily with no drilling (mounting holes through the steel grouser shoe) and requires no additiional mounting hardware. “Superior”s” unique ALS (Active Levarging System) forces the dual clamps to continuously tighten, virtually eliminating track pad loosening and failure due to mechanical breakdown.
