Addison, Illinois—As part of its commitment to providing “The Right Light” to the American outdoor lighting market, Schréder Lighting USA General Manager John Camp has announced that the opening of the new Manufacturing Facilities is planned for January 4, 2010. Schréder Lighting USA is a member of Schréder Group G.I.E., which is an international group that specializes in upscale, architectural outdoor lighting that is at the forefront of technological and aesthetic innovation.
The new facility will feature manufacturing, prototyping, warehousing, distribution and semi-automated assembly. A reception area, conference rooms and offices will be located in the facility.
“We plan on implementing our manufacturing operations quickly and efficiently,” explained Mr. Camp. “Our factory staff will work closely with our customers and global partners, as well as the research and development team in Belgium, to produce the Schréder brand of outdoor lighting products.”
Operations Manager Mark J. Domzalski will oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, which is designed to produce the Schréder line for a broad range of exterior lighting applications, domestically.
