The Federal Highway Administration’s last Intelligent Compaction (IC) Equipment Demonstration of 2015 took place at the Alabama Department of Transportation’s headquarters September 23 and featured presentations from four equipment manufacturers and one software provider.
FHWA has held approximately 30 such events across the country over the past two years to encourage and accelerate IC implementation.
