The Air Brake NanoLeak Finder from Redline Detection takes only minutes to find leaks in air-brake, air-suspension and air-powered accessories in heavy trucks and other construction equipment, according to the company.

The machine creates a vapor and when a leak is detected, a handheld NanoLeak Locator emits audible and visible signals pinpointing the location of the leak.

The company says the machine is fail safe, regardless of technician, truck or trailer. It flashes a green or red, pass or fail light indicator, letting a technician know whether a machine doesn’t meet federal transportation standards or should be taken out of service.

The NanoLeak also comes with all necessary accessories. It runs on compressed air and 12-volt DC. Test pressure rises to 135 psi.
