Strong Industries has announced the opening of its first Strong Factory Outlet for Strong Arm trailing axles and Superdump truck beds. The outlet, located in Mesa, Arizona, will offer sales support, maintenance opportunities, replacement parts and several other services.
At the outlet, customers will be able to discuss increased payload and productivity options for specific applications and locations with sales representatives and find certified technicians for maintenance advice. The Strong outlet will also feature on-site service trucks and local parts inventories for numerous replacement parts.
“We have a large customer base in the Phoenix area,” says Brooks Strong, president of Strong Industries. “They depend on their Superdumps to haul more payload and to do it more efficiently than anyone running a straight dump truck or tractor and transfer trailer.”
Strong says the new outlet combines convenience with the focus of a local dealer to offer the benefits of a more direct connection with Strong’s engineering and manufacturing expertise.
Strong Industries, based in Houston, Texas, develops and manufactures trailing axles for dump trucks involved in transporting aggregates, asphalt, concrete products and additional materials. The company also produces dump bodies and volumetric mixers.
