Women Construction Owners and Executives (WCOE) USA has set its fall meeting for September 14, 2009, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. The all-day conference will include speakers from the Las Vegas construction scene and a panel discussion on government policies, stimulus spending and disaster contract terms. Cost for attendance is $200 for non-members.
