Ramsey Industries announced their acquisition of Eskridge, which manufactures and markets planetary gear drives, auger drives and multiple-disc brakes and is located in Olathe, Kansas. Ramey is currently comprised of two subsidiaries, Auto Crane and Ramsey Winch, and Eskridge will form the third subsidiary in Kansas City.
