Georgia Boot has expanded its western-style boot lineup with three new models for the Aero LT collection, built around new technology designed for more cushioning.
The focal point here is Georgia Boot’s new DuraFuse midsole for more responsive cushioning and energy return. This added comfort works alongside an advanced memory polyurethane insole, extra-wide fiberglass Shovel Shank XL for stability and a Counter Lock heel stabilizer.
The 11-inch, pull-on style Aero LT boot can be purchased with a soft toe or carbon toe, as well as a brown/tan carbon toe variant. All three models feature waterproof construction, a slip-resistant Carbo-Tec rubber outsole and an expansion fit seam to helps smoother on and off.
They are made with a full-grain SPR leather foot and buffalo leather shaft, plus a high-performance mesh lining for a drier and more comfortable fit.
The carbon-toe Aero LT meets ASTM F2413 standards for protective toe and electrical-hazard protection, while the Carbo-Tec rubber outsole resists heat, chemicals and abrasion and meets ASTM F3445 slip-resisting standards.
I received a pair of the Georgia Boot Aero LTs with a carbon toe for testing and found them both comfortable and lightweight. I wouldn’t say the new DuraFuse midsole makes a pronounced difference compared to other Georgia Boots I have tested, but the fit on the Aero LT is certainly supportive, and I’d happily describe it as “cushioned.”

Contractors can purchase the carbon-toe Aero LT for $210.00 or the soft-toe version for $200.00.
