Proserv Crane and Equipment of Houston has purchased Dallas-based Anchor Crane and Hoist from RPC Oil and Gas Services. The new company will be called Proserve Anchor Crane Group. Neal Wilson, president of the expanded company, said the acquisition fit perfectly with Proserv’s plan to expand its operations. The combined firm will produce overhead cranes with capacities ranging from half a ton to 250 tons, and offer customers round-the-clock parts and service.
