Llama Truck has revamped its Apex electric UTV for 2027 with features like individual seats, reinforced cargo bed, winch-ready front end and updated display, while maintaining core performance specs and heavy-duty construction.

The Apex features a reinforced frame, high-load capacity and quiet, emissions-free electric power for short-distance hauling and towing around jobsites, farms and land. The UTV combines a 3,000-watt powertrain and 72V, 100Ah lithium battery for a 62-mile range and a top speed of 34 mph. It can be charged from a standard AC 110- to 240-volt wall outlet.

The hydraulic power dump, rated for up to 2,200 pounds, is designed to reduce the manual effort required when unloading materials and cargo compared to a fixed bed, the company says. Llama Truck beefed up the bed with a thicker steel plate for added durability.

A new front mounting point allows for the installation of a compatible winch. Ready for any universal trailer hitch, the Apex can also tow up to 2,200 pounds.

Inside the cab, the updated display supports Apple CarPlay and FM radio, with an IPX5 water-resistance rating. An integrated rearview camera gives operators better visibility while reversing.

The standard individual seats feature three-point seatbelts and supportive backrests. A 33-inch by 12.6-inch by 11.8-inch storage compartment beneath the seat offers a secure space for tools, gear and personal items.

McPherson independent front suspension provides comfortable handling across a variety of terrains, the company says. Two tire options are available: all-terrain for traction on dirt, gravel and uneven terrain; or turf for a smoother underfoot on lawns, grass and finished surfaces.

High-intensity LED headlights provide a wider field of vision and are brighter. All Llama Truck models are designed to meet applicable federal vehicle safety requirements and come with the necessary vehicle documentation to support registration where required.
