A Sany crane places materials on the south end of Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama; home of the legendary Crimson Tide football program. The $80.6 million construction project will add 9,000 seats to the stadium, bringing the total capacity to 101,000. The project is expected to be finished in time for the 2010 college football season.

If you have a photo of a construction project that’s big, historical, patriotic, sports related or just plain interesting, send it to me via e-mail ([email protected]) along with the relevant details and I’ll put it on the blog.
