Case CE CX160D excavatorCNH Industrial has named a new president for the company’s Case and New Holland construction equipment divisions.
Twenty-five-year industry veteran Carl Gustaf Göransson has been named construction brand president for Case and New Holland as well as president of CNH’s construction equipment products segment.
He will also sit on CNH’s Group Executive Council, a decision-making body outside of the company’s Board of Directors.
Göransson assumes his responsibilities from Richard Tobin, the CEO of CNH Industrial, who has been managing the company’s construction equipment businesses in the interim.
Göransson comes to CNH from Cargotec Corporation where he served as senior vice president of sales, markets and services for the Hiab brand. Prior to that, he served in several roles at Volvo Construction Equipment.
