Rick Mills, Cummins Components Group president, has announced he will retire at the end of March 2008, after 36 years with the company.
Cummins has named Rich Freeland, president of the Distribution Business, as Mills’ successor. Freeland’s role as head of Distribution Business will be assumed by Pamela Carter, currently serving as president of Cummins Filtration. Carter’s replacement will be named at a future time.
