Manitowoc’s National Crane has named ALT Sales an Elite Dealer, a designation that has just been earned by 24 other dealers in North America. The award recognizes the efforts of ALT Sales to create practices and efficiencies that demonstrably benefit customers through increased machine uptime.

National Crane made the announcement during the ICUEE trade show in Louisville.

“The entire program is focused on customers,” says Josh Bacci, general manager, ALT Sales. “The Elite Status designation is built on a foundation of equipping dealers to provide greater access to parts and the best service to maximize uptime.”

Elite Dealer guidelines include having a greater number of parts in stock, National Crane technician training and a commitment to being current on equipment and computer updates.

“The focused training is key. It helps technicians enhance their diagnostic and repair capabilities, which also increases the speed of repairs. Overall, it produces the highest-quality, most up-to-date fleet for customers,” says Bacci.
