Landclearing & Site

Compact grinder lowers fuel usage
Dispose of wood waste affordably with Rayco’s line of compact horizontal grinders, which offer low fuel consumption for reduced operating costs. Available in a towable model or self propelled on a steel tracked undercarriage, the RH1754 operates productively on small jobsites. The unit grinds pallets, brush, green waste, lumber scraps and construction debris.

Enhance grading accuracy with laser system
Save time and achieve accuracy with Hitchdoc’s Dual Dozer laser subgrade surface leveling system, which holds grade by balancing laser signal input from twin sensors. The blade is automatically adjusted on the right and left height to maintain correct grade level. The unit fits a tractor’s three point hitch as well as many skid steer models.

Custom mulcher for any application
Tackle any terrain with Supertrak’s mulching carrier, which has a variety of undercarriage arrangements available. The 140 Series delivers 140 horsepower with 40 gpm at 5,500-psi hydraulic flow. Lexan windshields, auto-reversing fan systems, increased fuel tank capacity, noise abatement and debris control are standard features, and an electronic system monitors all machine functions.

Mulcher delivers high productivity with low maintenance
Experience performance in a low maintenance machine with IronWolf’s mulching attachment, which handles brush, trees and stumps. Available in widths from 6 to 11 feet, the unit uses affordable cutting bits for low cost production and installs on a variety of crawler tractors.

Versatile grapple manages demanding jobs
Rotobec’s Power Attachment grapples feature multiple jaw configurations – rake/rake, rake/bucket, bucket/bucket – for a variety of demanding jobs. Useful for feeding grinders, debarkers and chippers, the RPA has continuous positioned rotation for minimal excavator movement.

Improve efficiency and save fuel with automatic fan
Enable your engine to run more efficiently with the Cleanfix reversible fan from Novatrax, which automatically purges debris from cooling system air paths. The Cleanfix adjusts blade pitch to move only enough air to provide proper cooling, ensuring fuel savings. The fully automatic fans rotate 180 degrees while the fan is spinning at full speed.

Mower holds material longer for more mulching
Cut an 8-foot-wide path while mulching 7-inch-diameter trees with Prentice’s MR-244 rotary ax mower. The MR-244 offers operator control of discharged material and features a containment area that holds material longer to improve mulching action. The unit works well with Prentice’s site prep tractor models 2864, 2764 (shown) and 2664.

Thumb suitable for smallest excavators
Complete landclearing projects as well as material removal and placement with Amulet’s Model ST rigid bucket thumb, suitable for compact excavators as small as 2,800 pounds. Available with or without cylinders, the ST delivers grasping and handling ability useful for a variety of applications.

ADT becomes a scraper with power unit
Use your own six-wheel drive ADT rock truck with K-Tec Earthmovers’ ADT Series scraper power unit. The ADT Series’ design enables switching between the truck application and the scraper unit within hours, depending upon the truck model.

Single machine performs range of tasks
Seppi’s dual purpose mulcher and tiller, the Multiforst, tills to 10 inches below surface, and grinds 10-inch-diameter stumps. The Multiforst is also useful for resurfacing stone roads, and is suitable for tractors up to 160 horsepower.

Increase trailer stability with side dump model
Decrease tub acceleration and sudden tub stop at the end of cylinder travel with Jet’s trunnion mounted, inverted hydraulic cylinder design side dump trailer, which reduces cylinder fatigue, seal leaking and tub cracking. Pivot geometry maintains a more consistent tub speed throughout the dump cycle.

Eliminate all types of water with corrosion-resistant pump
Pump clean, gray or corrosive effluent water with Griffin’s line of electric submersible pumps, which can pump a few gallons to several hundred gallons per minute. The self priming units are available from 120-volt single phase to 460-volt three phase, feature control panels with float switch capability and have a compact design for confined areas.

Do more work in less time with machine control system
Topcon’s 3D-MC2 machine control system increases productivity and enables faster grading speeds – up to twice normal grading speed. The system uses inertial sensor technology and GNSS receivers to provide more than 100 blade position checks per second.

Cutter attachment accesses tight work areas
Selectively clear trees with Bobcat’s 50-inch forestry cutter attachment, which enables cutting in tighter spaces. The cutter has 30 double tipped carbide teeth for ripping, and counter combs that reduce the wood to mulch. A tube style drum and spiral tooth pattern enable one tooth to engage the tree at a time, ensuring smooth operation at a lower horsepower.

Choose from three shredder models
Shred standing trees with Sneller Machine’s excavator-mounted Shredder, available in 60-, 170- and 275-horsepower models. The unit clears heavy brush and handles wet jobs easily, and mounts with no modifications to the carrier.

Track driven mulcher suitable for large operations
Perform large scale landclearing operations with Tigercat’s 480 track mulcher, which has a closed loop track drive system and dedicated pump. The 480 features a narrow overall width for tight spaces and low ground pressure for soft soil conditions. All functions are electronically controlled and customizable.

Tightly sealed filters increase protection
Ensure your equipment is protected with Wix Filters’ polyeurethane inner safety air filters, which feature heat seamed media that eliminates the metal clip found in previous filters. The tall seal area ensures a tight fit with the original equipment housing on loaders and excavation equipment from a variety of manufacturers.

Brush cutter manages material and debris
Reduce debris buildup with Fecon’s heavy duty rotary FRM70 Brush Hog brush cutter, which has a smooth deck surface. Bi-directional direct drive gear motor maximizes productivity, while four 12-inch dual sided rotary ax blades cut on both sides. A flush-to-the-ground design contains material.
