Larry Lair, 3M’s vice president of Traffic Safety Systems Division, was recently named vice chairman at-large for the Washington D.C.-based American Road and Transportation Builders Association. Lair will serve as a member of the ARTBA executive committee and board of directors, and also create the association’s legislative and regulatory policy positions on transportation development issues.
Lair has more than 20 years of experience at 3M and is also a certified public accountant. As TSSD vice president, he leads the company’s traffic and management systems through innovative solutions that satisfy public safety and mobility needs.
