Hyundai Construction Equipment USA has sued a Michigan dealer for selling what it deems to be inferior, gray market machines. According to Bloomberg, the suit asks a U.S. Disrict Court in Chicago to direct the Macomb Township dealer to permanently cease selling machines that do not meet U.S. emissions and safety guidelines. The machines are made by Hyundai in South Korea.
