United Rentals opens branch, contractor supplies center

United Rentals has opened a branch in Atlanta and a contractor supplies distribution center in Denver. The 5,000-square-foot Atlanta branch offers equipment rentals, new and used equipment sales, repair and maintenance services and contractor supplies. The 32,000-square-foot contractor supplies center is the eighth of nine regional warehouses United Rentals is building in the United States and Canada. The newest center stocks 7,000 contractor supply items, including saw blades, power tools and safety gear. It will fill orders placed at United Rentals locations in Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico and Utah.
