Komatsu has kicked off a new workforce development campaign, designed to connect jobseekers with career opportunities across its dealer network and U.S. field and corporate operations.
“The Future You Build Starts Here” campaign highlights opportunities ranging from technicians and sales specialists to parts counter reps and office staff, as well as the training programs and advancement available as employees’ skills grow. Special emphasis is placed on high school graduates, middle-aged or late career-changers, and veterans returning to the workforce at the end of their military careers.
The focus, Komatsu says, is to showcase the heavy equipment industry and skilled trades as career jumping-off points that can grow into a lifetime of job satisfaction and development.
