RiedelA Florida man who got pulled over in his pickup recently on suspicion of drunk driving didn’t help his case any when he chugged a beer in front of a deputy.
After Daryl Royal Riedel, 48, was first pulled over in Big Coppitt Key, he took off in his truck, but then stopped a short time later, got out of his pickup and drank a beer in front of a Monroe County Sheriff’s deputy, according to wptv.com.
Riedel probably won’t be driving for a while. He was already facing his fourth DUI conviction when he got pulled over last week. His latest arrest includes charges of felony DUI, fleeing from a deputy, driving with a suspended license and failure to submit a breath test.
He’s being held in jail without bond.
