SEMA sneak peek: Project Dark Earth

I landed in Las Vegas Sunday afternoon and headed over to the convention center to pick up my Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) media credentials.

The trade show floor is still a wreck as crews scurry to get everything spit-polished for Tuesday’s opening, but a select few were already ready for the crowd.

Project Dark Earth is a Brandon Burrell and Rimz One production from North Carolina, and greets passersby at the South Hall entrance. This 5.7 liter Tundra sports a rich metal flake brown paint and a massive lift. The bed features a Beg Rug and Swing Case storage system.

We’ll have more from SEMA in the coming days. Doors to the trade show floor open Tuesday morning.
