Just filled the truck. 22.2 gallons. 430 mile running 70-plus. 19.4mpg. Not too shabby for a big diesel 4×4 that tips the scales at more than 8,000 pounds — empty.

Comfortable, too. In fact I think I like driving this on long trips better than my 2011 GMC Sierra crew cab 1500….I know the Ford’s fuel economy is better.

This truck really needs to have a GPS system–and a few other office/connectivity items.

Base sound system is ok–but sure miss satellite radio. Getting spoiled driving new technology.

Had a local contractor check it out while parked in Newnan. He gets Total Landscape Care and reads Pro…pretty cool. Loves the project build.
