Topcon has promoted John Beaver to vice president of quality assurance and service. Beaver initially joined Topcon in 2005; prior to his promotion he had served as director of operations and quality.
Beavers’ accomplishments with Topcon include helping to develop and launch the Topcon Regional Repair Center program in the United States, and establishing an East Coast distribution center for repair parts to facilitate expedited deliveries.
In his new role Beaver will be responsible for integrating worldwide customer service, quality and technical support teams, as well as automating customer service functions.
