The Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute has appointed Neal S. Anderson as the vice president of engineering. Anderson will be responsible for technical development efforts and external engineering related communications. Anderson has a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He will be based out of the CRSI office in Schaumburg, Illinois.
