Williams Scotsman acquires Wiron Construcciones Modulares

William Scotsman International purchased both leasing and manufacturing operations of Wiron Construcciones Modulares, one of the largest modular space providers in Madrid, Spain. Wiron has 14 branch locations, including a fleet of 13,600 mobile offices.

Wiron’s 2005 revenue totaled $30.4 million.
