Eaton has completed its purchase of Winner Group Holdings, a Hong Kong-based manufacturer of hydraulic hose fittings and adapters. Winner primarily serves the Chinese market with products used in stationary and mobile construction equipment applications and has mainland China operations in Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou and Luzhou. The company employs approximately 750 people. Eaton first announced the transaction in November.
