Manitou North America has reorganized its sales and marketing departments. The company will add five sales and two marketing positions. After the new roles of Western and Eastern agricultural sales manager have been filled, the current group of five regional managers will no longer be responsible for agricultural activity and will focus on expanding and improving construction and industrial products and distribution channels, the company says. Manitou has created the position of field sales manager to manage the activities of the seven regional manager. Kirk Zander, currently Midwest regional sales manager, will fill the role effective Jan. 1. In the marketing department, the company created the positions of construction specialist and technical specialist to support the efforts of regional managers and their dealers.
