Oshkosh Truck, a manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies, has agreed to acquire the stock of privately owned Concrete Equipment Company, a maker of concrete batch plants located in Blair, Neb. Oshkosh is also buying Con-E-Co’s wholly owned subsidiary, Audubon Manufacturing. The company said the acquisition enhances its product offering to the concrete placement industry, adding a line of central, mobile and portable batch plants to its current lineup of concrete mixers and mobile batch plants sold under the Oshkosh and McNeilus brand names.
