McLaughlin, Vacuum Source consolidate

Vacuum Source will be consolidated into its parent company, McLaughlin Boring Systems, immediately, the companies announced Aug. 19. Established in January 2000, Vacuum Source manufactures 40 vacuum excavation/remediation systems. McLaughlin is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment for the underground construction industry. The consolidation will offer Vacuum Source customers additional technical service, improved production and a larger sales force, McLaughlin said in a press release.
