With their high-tech inverter electronics, the Robin Subaru Silent Series generators run the engine at a lower rpm for low power use and automatically increase speed as more electrical power is required. The outside shell of the generator is steel for durability but inside a sound attenuating poly resin helps dampen noise. This combined with a reverse cooling design gives the Silent Series generators sound levels of just 59 dBA at full power. A microcomputer automatically controls and monitors the voltage and frequency of the power output.
