Pennsylvania takes on 300-mile full-depth reclamation project of rural roads
With funding from gas providers such as Chesapeake Energy and specifications from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), the repairs called for full-depth reclamation (FDR) to recycle the existing roads into a stronger base than the original. EJ Breneman (EJB) of West Lawn, Pa., contacted Stoltz Site Spreaders of Morgantown, Pa., to put together a fleet of Stoltz truck and trailer spreaders to take on a 300-mile repair project.
