Trimble acquires Actronic Technologies

Trimble_LogoTrimble has acquired Actronic Holdings Limited, a New Zealand-based provider of weighing technology and payload information systems for construction, aggregates, mining and waste markets.

The acquisition includes Actronic Technologies’ LOADRITE, which adds weighing capabilities to Trimble’s offerings like Trimble Connected Site.

The financial terms were not disclosed.
