12th Day of Construction Gifts: Carhartt’s Quick Duck Jefferson one of its lightest, warmest jackets yet

Updated Dec 24, 2014

It’s hard to think of a better name than Carhartt when it comes to staying warm and dry while on the jobsite. And the company’s newest Quick Duck jacket is no exception. This jacket features 3M’s Thinsulate insulation which keeps you warm while reducing the weight of the jacket by 30 percent—all the while retaining a rugged structure. It also features a water-repellant finish, loads of pockets and even a media port for your headphones to pass through when you want to listen to some music. It’s a newer model so there aren’t many reviews to be found, but Amazon reviewers have all rated it either 4 or 5 stars. You can grab it for $120-$140 at Amazon or your local Carhartt store.

And don’t forget, as part of our 12 Days of Construction Gifts guide, we’re giving away a Lego Technic Volvo L350F R/C wheel loader. Just enter your information below through December 23 for a chance to win!
