Bobcat introduces two soil-preparation implements

Bobcat introduced two new soil-preparation implements, the three-point soil conditioner and three-point disc harrow, for compact tractors or the Toolcat 5610.

The three-point soil conditioner is available in widths of 60 inches and 72 inches and is approved for use on the Bobcat CT225 to CT450 compact tractor models. The drum of the soil conditioner is powered by the rear PTO. Carbide-tipped teeth cultivate the ground to a smooth finish at various cutting depths. A hydraulic or manual drum angle is available on both widths of conditioner models, and the drum angles 15 degrees left or right. Soil conditioners come with removable end plates that allow material to be moved or spread across the work area.

Bobcat’s three-point disk harrows use four sets of five 18-inch disks to cultivate soil and chop unwanted debris. The disks can be adjusted to provide different cutting depths and aggressions and the front two sets of discs are notched for better ground penetration.

The 72-inch disc harrow is approved for use on CT225 to CT335 compact tractor models and the Toolcat 5610, and the 84-inch model is approved for use on compact tractor models CT335 to CT450.
