For its 40th anniversary, A.R.E. is taking a page from Willy Wonka’s book and offering customers a chance to win a golden ticket in its Golden Cap Giveaway.
In the contest, golden tickets will be attached near the serial numbers inside 40 randomly selected caps and covers. The first 39 customers to receive golden tickets will win 40 gold dollars ($40 cash). The 40th winner will receive the grand prize of $800, given in 40 $20 bills. The dealers that sell winning caps will receive cash awards as well.
The Golden Cap Giveaway runs from August 1, 2009, to September 29, 2009.
