Wabash completes $35 million capital infusion

Wabash National completed a $35 million investment in the company by private equity firm Trailer Investments, an entity formed by equity firm Lincolnshire Equity Fund III and managed by Lincolnshire Management.

Concurrent with the deal, Wabash increased the size of its board from seven members to 12, adding five members from Trailer Investments. The company plans to release its quarterly earnings statement on Wednesday, August 5, 2009.
