Police recovered stolen tools valued at more than $10,000 and linked two men to a theft from an Iowa Bridge & Culvert construction site in Burlington, Iowa, following an investigation from another crime.
The men have been accused of breaking into a storage shed on the worksite and stealing more than $30,000 worth of generators, power tools, construction materials and water pumps.
