Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) has appointed Greg Braukus as director of global customer care. Braukus’ most recent role prior to Terex was senior director, ISS for the Microsoft Corporation. Before joining Microsoft, Braukus spent five years with Amazon.com where he held several leadership roles in operations and customer service and sales.
