Trimble acquires Seco

Trimble has acquired their second engineering and construction accessories company, Seco Manufacturing of Redding, California. Seco is an accessory manufacturer for geomatics, surveying, mapping and construction industries. The acquisition of Seco was an all-cash transaction although the financial terms were not disclosed.
